1. Airbnb Property Preparation

We’ll assess your property to first ensure it’s suitable for the short stay rental market then provide feedback about any styling and inclusions that could be beneficial to your property’s overall success and performance.

We can also assist with furniture packages and can provide a room-by-room list of items to include to get your property Airbnb-ready.

2. Property Setup

Once the property is fully furnished and styled we will send our cleaners in to get it guest ready.

This includes a deep clean (if required), making and styling beds, putting out all of the guest amenities and leaving the property in tip-top condition for photos.

3. Professional Airbnb Photography

Having professional photos showcasing your property’s space and features is the most important part of your listing.

When guests are scrolling through listings they’re sometimes swiping through 100’s of properties in one location before they land on an image that stands out.

We’ll use photos that will be eye-catching as well as tell a welcoming story for your property.

4. Your Property Listed and Earning

Within 2-3 days of having the photos back your listing will be ready and live on Airbnb, available for immediate bookings.

Your property’s listing will include as much information to entice guest bookings and we’ll provide a property guest guide with check-in instructions, how-to information for things like appliances around your home and rules to follow when staying at your property and when vacating.

5. Owners Portal

Once your property is live we’ll provide you access to your own owners’ portal to view upcoming reservations.
