Hi, we’re Shannon and Angela, owners of Quickstay, a short-stay (Airbnb) property management company based in Melbourne.
A team in life and in business, we bring our own passions and experience together to round out a formidable solution for you and your holiday home needs.
Shannon
DIRECTOR
I’ve been passionate about property and investing since purchasing my first home in 2007. Since then I’ve been exposed to the challenges (and rush) of buying, developing and selling various property projects.
I’ve also held various roles over the years where I’ve worked with clients to source properties and build their own profitable portfolios.
Expect me to be upfront and honest about your property expectations, but also supportive and helpful through the process.
Angela
Marketing & Customer Experience
With over 18 years marketing experience, I’ve worked for some well-known Australian brands to develop acquisition, retention and loyalty programs.
My passion lies with the customer – from understanding their needs, making properties more appealing and managing all guest communications.
Expect me to always look for ways to ensure both our clients and guests are welcomed, informed, and looked after.
How Quickstay Began..
Our holiday rental management business began through property investing and choosing to list one of our properties on the short-term market four years’ ago. This has provided us with higher rental returns than traditional long-term leasing would have.
Over the years we have learnt how to increase our returns and grow both our client and property portfolios. We understand property investing and the opportunity that the short-stay model can offer investors to maximise their returns and create additional streams of income.
